Cashew & Hemp Milk

Making your own plant-based milk at home is so much easier than you might think—especially when you've got your Thermomix® by your side!

This Creamy Cashew & Hemp Milk is not only quick to whip up, but it's also incredibly delicious and free from all the refined sugars and oils you'll typically find in store-bought versions.

But here's the best part: by making it yourself, you'll not only be saving money but also reducing waste—no more tossing empty cartons into the landfill. It's a win for both your wallet and the planet!

Trust me, once you try this homemade version, you'll never go back to the store-bought stuff. It's that creamy, smooth, and satisfying!

Nutritional Benefits
Cashews and hemp seeds are nutritional powerhouses!

Hemp seeds/hearts are one of the few non-animal sources that contain all 9 essential amino acids. Not to mention, they're also packed with Vitamin E, Magnesium, Zinc, and healthy fats & protein—making this by far the most nutrient-rich dairy-free milk out there!

This creamy plant-based milk is as versatile as it is delicious. You can use it in so many ways:

• Pour it over your morning coffee.
• Add it to your smoothies for a silky texture (check out our Smoothie Balls & Protein Balls Recipe Ebook for some tasty recipes)
• Use it for baking—perfect in muffins, pancakes, or even cakes. ( Check my new Healthy Treats Ebook for some guilt desserts)
