The use of third party platforms to import and copy the content of THERMOfit® is prohibited.This includes adding THERMOfit® recipes to the created collection area on Cookidoo®.

Customers have the right to use their purchased content but must not distribute it, share it with third parties/individuals, copy or publish any recipes/content that isn't already publicly and freely available.

Sharing of public THERMOfit® content such as: social media posts, blogs from the website (including those with free recipes) and public youtube videos (excluding videos from inside the course) is allowed as they are already published by THERMOfit® and publicly/freely available.

Customers publishing their own pictures of the recipes and/or your challenge results/experience is encouraged, however the recipe details (method, ingredients etc) cannot be shared.

Please follow all safety instructions while using your Thermomix™. THERMOfit's recipes are tried and tested however it is the individual's responsibility with regards to recipe outcome, food safety or appliance safety.

Customers grant to THERMOfit®, a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display posted/shared reviews and comments throughout the world in any media platform. In these cases, measures are taken to protect the privacy of the individual, these include: not publishing last names and requiring prior permission if any images we wish to publish contain people.

• The purchase of all digital products, ebooks, pdf downloads and online content is subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.

• All digital products, ebooks, pdf downloads, resource material, videos and online content are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product, ebook, pdf download and online content sold is licensed to a single user only. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

• In case you are not redirected back to our website after purchase or you do not receive an email from us with a link to the product of your purchase, you can immediately contact us with your transaction details, including the email address through which the payment was made. We will revert back to you with your product details and download link as soon as possible.

• All purchases for digital downloads made on  www.thermofit.com.au are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. • THERMOfit® has been created to inspire those who own a Thermomix® to use it as a health tool. The intellectual property contained in this book is from Noni's background and experience in Personal Training, Weight Loss specializing and as a Thermomix® representative.

• The recipes found in this book come from one of the following three sources. 1. Created by THERMOfit®. 2. Converted to use in your Thermomix® and 3. Thermomix® recipes that have been adapted to be healthier.

• THERMOfit® recipes are provided in ebook format and made using the manual cooking method. Aside from THERMOfit's 15 recipe collection available on Cookidoo®, the remaining recipes from all ebooks and programs cannot be added to the Cookidoo® platform at this time.

• Before undertaking a new lifestyle change that focuses on your health, THERMOfit® recommends you seek your own medical advice from a Health Practitioner or Doctor. Specific individual circumstances are not taken into account in this program and if needed ensure your medication/ health is reviewed regularly by a trusted medical professional. • Noni is a qualified Personal Trainer however THERMOfit® workout program could not be created taking in to account individual needs. If you have previous injuries, are pregnant, not long given birth and/or have pre-existing health issues or concerns, please see a medical/health/fitness professional before partaking in a new exercise program. Always use the provided variations that are right for you and modify to suit your individual needs.

• The content of this website, the Facebook group, recipes and books or any portion thereof may not be reproduced, shared or used in any manner whatsoever without the written permission from the authors.

• Please ensure you follow the safety guidelines of your Thermomix® and refer to your user manual or Basic cookbook/Everyday Cookbook for more information.

Customers who choose the instalment option are authorising THERMOfit® to collect/deduct part payment upon purchase and thereafter on an automatic weekly basis.

The instalment option is not to be considered or treated as a subscription. It is a delayed payment option in exchange for the product that is immediately provided. Therefore, buyers choosing and agreeing to the instalment option cannot cancel payments. The entire instalment agreement must be carried out.

If a customer misses one of his/her payments, THERMOfit® is authorised to immediately and automatically cease access to the course content and collect the remaining balance (through the payment platform that the customer originally paid.)

THERMOfit® does not view or store your credit card information. This is process is securely monitored and managed by payment systems 'Stripe' and 'PayPal'

Refunds will only be accepted when the customer can prove that he/she purchased an item more than once by mistake.

Exchanges between programs will only be accepted in the event that the customer accidentally purchased the wrong program, does not open the course material and contacts THERMOfit® immediately. Once the contact is received, THERMOfit® will assess each case as to whether the product can be exchanged or not.

THERMOfit® does not provide refunds or exchanges due to the product not being used. Unless it can be proven that they never received the purchased content.

From time to time, THERMOfit® may share/publish content posted by customers such as; comments, their recipe images etc for the purpose of brand awareness and testimonials. (see point in Terms of Use) Measures are taken to protect the privacy of the individual. These include: not publishing last names and requiring prior permission if any images we wish to use contain people.

Any post, comment, image or interaction etc shared by a customer to the closed FB group or public FB page is the responsibility of the owner and THERMOfit® holds no responsibility to the content shared by it's users.

• THERMOfit® has implemented remarketing, google display network impression reporting, double-click campaign manager integration, and google analytics demographic and interests reporting. Using the Ads Settings in google you may opt out of google analytics for display advertising and customize Google display network ads.

• THERMOfit® reserves the right to use remarketing with Facebook and google analytics to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show you our ads on sites across the internet. THERMOfit® and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on users past visits to our website.
