Thermomix Turmeric Latte

A warm, golden hug in a mug ...that's exactly how this Turmeric Chai Latte feels.

If you love cosy drinks, want a healthier alternative to café lattes, or you're trying to boost your anti-inflammatory intake, this recipe is one you'll want to save.

Turmeric has been used for centuries for its benefits — from reducing inflammation to supporting digestion and overall wellness. Pair it with gentle chai spices and a creamy base, and you get the perfect blend of comfort and nourishment.

What I love most about making this in the Thermomix is how quickly everything comes together. The spices infuse beautifully, the milk warms evenly, and you get that smooth, silky texture.

This Turmeric Chai Latte is:

2. Warm Up  /80°C OR COOK 5 min/80°C/speed 2.
3. Blend /30 sec OR BLEND / 30 sec/speed 7.

NOTES

If making for 2 people, double everything and add a couple of minutes extra cooking time if needed. If making for more than 2, simply multiply by the amount of serves that you need to make and adjust cooking time accordingly.

Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory amongst other things. This makes it a great ingredient for everyone to use but especially those who have inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.

Make sure you add a pinch of black pepper as it increases the bio availability of the Turmeric (Curcumin) by over 1000x.

Due to it's mild flavour, it is easy to add to almost anything. Add some to your smoothies, soups, curries, drinks such as this one, eggs, cakes/ muffins etc.
