1. Add frozen organic raspberries to the mixing bowl. CHOP/ 7 SEC / SPEED 7.
2. Add chia seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, sweetener of choice. MIX / 10 SEC / SPEED 3. Scrape down the sides, making sure the chia is not on the sides of the mixing bowl.
3. COOK / 12 MIN / 90°C / SPEED 0.5 with MC / TM7 CAP off.
4. Transfer to a sterile jar or container and allow to cool. Store in the fridge.
