2. Add flour, baking powder, salt, coconut sugar, mixed spice, egg, water and sultanas. Mix 10 SEC / REVERSE / SP 4.

4. Bake cookies for 15-17 minutes until golden and set aside to fully cool. Meanwhile, clean and dry the mixing bowl.
5. Add white chocolate and melt. 5 MIN / 50℃ / SP 2. Scrape down sides. Repeat if needed until all chocolate is completely melted.
6. Only once the cookies have fully cooled, pipe / drizzle white chocolate over cookies in a cross formation.
7. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to let chocolate set. Serve and enjoy.
NOTES
• For egg free version simply replace egg with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
• Use dark or milk chocolate for the crosses if preferred.
• Replace sultanas/dried mixed fruit with chocolate chips for a more indulgent result.
