INGREDIENTS
70g banana
25g protein powder
130g ice cubes
120g dairy-free milk/dairy milk
5g collagen
1/4 tsp reishi optional
80g espresso coffee (double shot)
 
METHOD

1. Add banana, protein powder, ice cubes, dairy-free milk/dairy milk, collagen, reishi, espresso coffee, and Blend /45 sec

2. To serve in a glass with ice.
