About the 6 Week Group Challenge
6 Week Focus: Long term results
The Challenge is broken down into 6 weeks. Each week provides a new 'Healthy Habit' focus on an important component of your health and weight loss journey.
When applied with action; education is key to making long lasting changes. If you understand the process and how the body and mind works, your 'sustainable' success rate rises significantly.
The program is done this way to not overload you with new information but to rather learn and apply at the time before introducing too many new habits at once.
  • Get Ready Week: This week is all about getting organised for a new and healthier way of life. This includes goal setting, kitchen clean out, shopping and some meal prep to set yourself up for a successful 6 weeks. 
  • Week 1: Preparation - This is where you will settle in and begin the meal plan. A lot of what is made in this first week will carry over to future weeks in the program to cut down on kitchen time.
  • Week 2: Mindset & Mindfulness -The aim of this week is to shift from a short term and/or a strict challenge mentality to one that is long term, guilt-free and sustainability-focused.
  • Week 3: Nutrition -This week we dive into the nitty-gritty of Nutrition and Nutrients. You will gain a deeper understanding of the nutritional philosophy behind this program so that you can confidently carry on the principles into your life long after the challenge has finished. It doesn't matter if your goal is to lose weight, to maintain your weight or purely have a healthier body, mind, and lifestyle. The key will always be in our Nutrition.
  • Week 4: Exercise -To get optimal results from THERMOfit's Challenge it is best to be paired with an exercise routine. If you have your own exercise routine that is working for you, fantastic. If you need help with this THERMOfit offers a range of workouts to assist you.
    You will find videos ranging from Cardio, Strength, Cardio X Strength, Stretching, Pilates,Yoga, Partner session including one Boxing session, Park, Gym, SMR (Self Myofascialrelease sessions such as Foam Roller) and Mobility sessions. Whether or not you add on the THERMOfit workouts, during this week's content we discuss the benefits of exercise and go into specifics on Cardio, Strength, Stretching and recovery.
  • Week 5: Self-Care & Chill-Out - Stress is a major factor in not only weight management, but general health and wellbeing. Manage stress and learn ways to Repair, Restore and Relax. 
  • Week 6: Sustainability- This is where we bring everything from the last five weeks together. This week is packed with tips, tools, and education to empower you to continue living a healthy lifestyle after the Challenge has finished.
